Fire Department

The Kahkewistahaw Fire Department is located adjacent to the band office. Our firefighters are trained individuals who respond to fire based threats on Kahkewistahaw and neighboring reserves. Many firefighters also possess additional training such as first responder training, defibrillator usage, and first aid; making our Fire Department capable of providing first response to many types of emergencies.
